Our Services

1.
Return and Relabeling
- Inbound for Returns: Upon scanning the tracking number, parcels are stored in the warehouse.

- Upon customer submission of unboxing instructions, warehouse personnel retrieve the items, verify parcel information, categorize items upon unboxing, print new labels, replace old labels, complete repackaging, input packing data (weight, dimensions), and place them in the awaiting shipment area.

- Upon customer's shipping instructions, labels are affixed, and parcels are handed over to couriers.
2.
Warehousing and dropshipping
- Inbound: Parcels arrive at the warehouse, where the tracking numbers are scanned for storage and positioned in the storage area.
- Outbound: Parcel information is verified, and packages are either reboxed or reinforced as needed. Boxes are labeled with FBA tags and handed over to designated couriers.
With 6 years of overseas warehouse experience, Aumellon works with local logistics companies such as UPS, Canada Post, Canpar, Day & Rose, CSA, and FBA-signed delivery partners to provide quality fulfillment services. Single-item fulfillment orders are processed the same day, with dedicated personnel handling lost item claims to ensure a seamless logistics experience.

3.
Overseas warehouse transshipment
During peak seasons, logistics costs often surge, and replenishing inventory from China to Canada can result in lengthy delays, causing sellers to miss out on peak sales. To mitigate this, sellers opt to import goods in advance to Canada and store them in third-party overseas warehouses.

5.
Overseas warehouse FBA first and last mile
The full container arrives at the overseas warehouse, where it is unpacked. If necessary, services such as relabeling and categorization are provided. After quantity verification, the warehouse is entrusted to a suitable local transport company for delivery to the customer's specified location.

Aumellon Overseas Warehouse has collaborated with Kylin Overseas Warehouse for many years. Goods can be transported via sea freight to Kylin, and then transported to Aumellon warehouse for final processing.
4.
Return Inspection and Verification
Overseas warehouse return product inspection: Due to personal reasons, customers may return products, which Amazon may consider as defective and unsellable unless processed. Failure to address this may result in Amazon disposing of the goods, incurring significant costs if shipped back to Canada. Customized after-sales inspection services offer testing, repair, and repackaging of sellable products, enabling customers to resell them.

6.
Overseas warehouse consolidation
- Upon parcel arrival, exterior packaging is inspected for damage. Tracking numbers are scanned, quantities are counted, SKUs are verified, parcels are weighed, and dimensions are measured.
- Upon customer's shelving instructions, warehouse personnel scan parcel information, categorize items, input product details, and shelve items in the single-item fulfillment storage area.
- Outbound for Single-Item Fulfillment: Upon customer's shipping instructions, warehouse personnel sort items, scan SKUs, package items, affix labels, and hand them over to courier companies.
